Open the Tradovate desktop platform.
Click the Accounts tab in the upper panel and select the account to export.
Click the gear/settings icon next to the selected account.
On the settings page, click the Orders tab.
Enter your date range and click Go.
Click Download Report to save the file.
Upload the CSV into Prop Firm Trading Journal. Make sure to select your local timezone during upload.

Use the Orders tab. Exporting from any other tab will cause import errors.
Commissions and fees aren't included. Tradovate's CSV export doesn't contain commission data. Add commissions manually in Prop Firm Trading Journal or set default commission rules.
Timezone matters. Tradovate exports in your local timezone by default, so select your local timezone during upload to avoid incorrect entry/exit timestamps.

Open R | Trader, click File in the top-left corner, and select Orders History.
Choose your account and a specific date.
In the Completed Orders section, right-click any column heading and select Add/Remove columns.
Add all required columns: Account, Status, Remarks, Buy/Sell, Qty To Fill, Symbol, Qty Filled, Avg Fill Price, Limit Price, Order Number, Create Time, Update Time, Commission.
Click OK to confirm.
Export the data as a CSV file.
Upload the CSV into Prop Firm Trading Journal.

One day at a time: Rithmic R Trader only allows exporting one day's worth of trades per file. Export each day separately and upload them one by one.
Use the Completed Orders section. Make sure you're adding columns in Completed Orders, not Working Orders, or your export will be missing data.

In the Control Center, open the Trade Performance window.
Click the Display dropdown and select Executions.
Set your date range and click Generate.
Right-click anywhere in the results list and select Export.
Choose CSV as the file type and save the file.
Upload the CSV into Prop Firm Trading Journal.

For NinjaTrader 7

In the Control Center, open the Account Performance tab.
Generate a performance history for your account and instruments.
Once data appears, switch to the Executions tab.
Export the file as CSV.
Upload the CSV into Prop Firm Trading Journal.

If your upload fails, your CSV may be missing required headers. Make sure it includes: Instrument, Action, Quantity, Price, Time, ID, E/X, Position, Order ID, Name, Commission, Rate, Account, Connection.

Navigate to the Trades tab (not the Orders tab).
Click Export at the bottom-right corner of the Trades tab.
Select your date range and click Export.
Save the file as CSV.
Upload the CSV into Prop Firm Trading Journal.

Use the Trades tab, not the Orders tab. Prop Firm Trading Journal expects data from the Trades tab. Exports from the Orders tab will not import correctly.
Empty file? Try a wider date range. If your file comes out empty, try expanding your range. Set the start date to yesterday and the end date to two days from today.

Log in to your TradingView account and open any chart.
At the bottom, click Paper Trading or Live Trading.
On the Order History tab, click the three dots on the right side and check all column boxes: Side, Type, Qty, Price, Fill Price, Status, Commission, Closing Time, Order ID.
Click the TradingView logo to open a dropdown menu and select Export data.
Choose Order History and click Export. A CSV will download automatically.
Upload the CSV into Prop Firm Trading Journal. (If using paper trading, select Other as the broker company.)

Confirm you selected all columns during export. Missing columns is the most common cause of failed uploads.
Check that the date format you select during upload matches what's in your file.

Sierra Chart

Open the desktop (Standard or Strategy) that hosts the trades you want to export.
If using the Strategy Desktop, make sure the strategy has been run first.
Go to the Orders tab and select Filled Orders. You should see a grid of your orders.
Confirm the table includes these columns: Symbol, Instrument, Action Type, Qty. Filled, Price, Update Date/Time (E), Update Date/Time (L), Commission. If any are missing: right-click → Table Settings → add them under Visible Columns.
Right-click anywhere in the orders list and select Export.
Save the CSV file to your computer.
Upload the CSV into Prop Firm Trading Journal.

If your upload fails: make sure your CSV includes all required headers (Symbol, Instrument, Action Type, Qty. Filled, Price, Update Date/Time (E), Update Date/Time (L), Commission).

2,000 execution limit: MotiveWave caps exports at 2,000 executions per file by default. If you have more, update the limit in Trade History settings before exporting.
CSV format only. Prop Firm Trading Journal doesn't support other formats for MotiveWave imports.

Open the cTrader desktop application.
Locate the History tab at the bottom of cTrader.
Right-click on the columns and make sure all columns are selected.
Switch to the Positions tab and select all columns there as well.
Return to the History tab and choose All History or a custom date range. Leave All Directions (Default) selected.
Click the green arrow next to the Statement button and confirm Export to HTML is selected.

Choose your date range and click Create to build the account statement.
Download the statement as XLSX rather than PDF.
Upload the .xlsx straight into Prop Firm Trading Journal. No need to open it.

We read the Account Activity sheet out of the workbook ourselves, so there is nothing to convert. Saving it as CSV by hand is what makes Excel rewrite the dates into your machine's locale.
Only Open Position and Position closed rows import. Deposits, withdrawals, copy start and stop, overnight fees and dividends are skipped.
eToro charges no per-trade commission, so imported trades carry no fees. Its cost is the spread, already inside the open and close rates.

One-time setup

Log in to your Interactive Brokers Client Portal.
In the main menu, click Performance and Statements → Flex Queries.
Click the plus icon next to Trade Confirmation Flex Query.
Enter "Prop Firm Journal" as the Query Name.
Under Sections, select Trade Confirmation. In the popup, click Executions, check Select All, and click SAVE.
Under General Configurations, set Date Format to yyyyMMdd, Time Format to HHmmss, Date/Time Separator to semi-colon.
Click Continue, then Create, then OK to confirm.

Run the query (for all future imports)

On the Flex Queries page, click the blue arrow next to your Prop Firm Journal query.
Select your date range (e.g., Last 365 Calendar Days), choose CSV as the format, and hit RUN. A CSV file will download.
Upload the CSV into Prop Firm Trading Journal.

Common error: If your import fails with invalid date/time errors, re-open the query and confirm the Date Format is yyyyMMdd, Time Format is HHmmss, and Date/Time Separator is semi-colon. Missing any of these is the most common cause of upload issues.

Configure the columns to include only these fields, in this exact order: Date, Time, Symbol, Shares (Qty), Exe Price, Side. To configure: click View → Settings → Columns tab → select fields → OK.
Click Actions → Save to export as a .txt file.
Upload the file into Prop Firm Trading Journal.

Use execution price, not order price. Make sure you're pulling Exe Price from the Trading Monitor. Using the wrong price column is a common cause of incorrect data.
Check date format on upload. When uploading to Prop Firm Trading Journal, make sure you select the correct date format to avoid import errors.

Tastytrade

Choose Custom Date Range: set the initial date to your account's inception date (go as far back as the system allows) and end date to today.
Under Order Detail, select YES.

Upload the CSV into Prop Firm Trading Journal.

Three supported file formats: Prop Firm Trading Journal accepts three different TD export header formats. If your upload fails, the dashboard's export defaults to one of them, so most users won't need to worry about format selection.

TEFS Evolution

Thinkorswim

Click the Monitor tab in the upper panel.
Select Account Statement from the dropdown.
Choose your date range for the trades you want to export.
Next to the Cash & Sweep Vehicle row, click Transactions.
Click Reset.
In the Trade History row, click the gear icon on the right → Customize → Load Defaults (this ensures all required fields are included).
Click Actions in the upper-right header panel → Export to File.
Save the file as CSV.

Go to TradeStation's web client center.
Click Accounts in the header panel.
Click Equities Accounts in the left panel, then select Tax Center from the dropdown.
In the Download Tax Activity section: set File Format to Microsoft Excel CSV, select your date range, check Exclude Broken/Canceled Trades.
Click Download to save the file.
Upload the CSV into Prop Firm Trading Journal.

Method 2: Copy-Paste (Futures)

Open the TradeStation desktop application and log in.
Go to TradeManager and select the Orders tab at the bottom.
In the Status dropdown at the top, choose Filled Orders.
Configure the columns in this exact order: Entered, Filled/Canceled, Symbol, Spread Type, Quantity, Qty Filled, Qty Left, Stop, Limit, Filled Price, Order Status, Route, Duration, Group Name, Triggered By, Advanced Order#, Account, Originator, Commission, Contract Exp Date.
Set your date range and click Retrieve Orders.
Sort by Filled/Canceled in ascending order (oldest first).
Click the upper-left square to select all rows, then right-click → Copy.
In Prop Firm Trading Journal, go to Add Trade → File Upload, select TradeStation as the broker, and paste the data into the Data box under the Option 2 dropdown. Click Upload.

6-month export limit: TradeStation only allows downloading 6 months of data at a time. For a full year, run two exports and upload them separately.

Log in to the TradeZero.co customer portal.
Click the Portfolio tab.
Under Portfolio, navigate to Trades.
Select your date range.
Once trades are displayed, click the Excel icon to export as a CSV file.
Upload the CSV into Prop Firm Trading Journal.

If your upload fails: make sure your CSV includes all required headers (Account, T/D, S/D, Currency, Type, Side, Symbol, Qty, Price, Exec Time, Comm, SEC, TAF, NSCC, Nasdaq, ECN Remove, ECN Add, Gross Proceeds, Net Proceeds, Clr Broker, Liq, Note).

Open the Position Manager (or Trading Monitor) in the simulator.
Configure columns to include only these fields, in this exact order: Date, Time, Symbol, Shares, Price, Side.
For the Price column, make sure you're using the execution price. Not the order price.
Export the data to a text file.
Upload the file into Prop Firm Trading Journal. Select the correct date format during upload.

Use execution price, not order price. This is the most common cause of incorrect data. Grabbing the wrong column will silently produce wrong P&L on every trade.

Open the Webull mobile app.
Tap Account → History.
Tap Filter and select your date range.
Keep Order Status as "All".
Tap the download icon (arrow down).
Click Submit to export.
The CSV will be emailed to you.
